Not a government website

esta-usa.online is not the official U.S. government website and is not owned, operated, endorsed by, or affiliated with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), or any other U.S. federal, state, or local government agency. We do not represent ourselves as a government entity anywhere on this site.

The official, free ESTA application is available directly from the U.S. government at esta.cbp.dhs.gov. You are never required to use a third-party service to obtain an ESTA.

What we do

esta-usa.online is a private, independent company that provides paid assistance to travelers completing their ESTA application. Our service includes a guided, plain-language version of the ESTA form, field-by-field help text, real-time validation to catch common mistakes before submission, secure document upload, and submission of your completed application to CBP on your behalf. We also provide email status notifications and 24/7 customer support throughout the process.

Our fees

Applying through esta-usa.online costs $99.00 total: the $40.27 mandatory U.S. government fee (which is identical whether you apply directly or through us, and is remitted to CBP) plus our $58.73 service fee for the assistance described above. You may apply directly at esta.cbp.dhs.gov for the $40.27 government fee alone, with no service fee.

Are paid ESTA assistance services legal?

Yes. Paid third-party assistance services for government travel-authorization forms — similar to tax preparation services, passport-renewal assistance services, or visa concierge services — are a legal and common business model, provided the service is transparent about its private, non-governmental nature, its fees, and the availability of the free official alternative, all of which we disclose clearly throughout this site.

No guarantee of approval

While our guided process is designed to reduce the risk of errors, the decision to approve or deny any ESTA application is made solely by CBP, based on information you provide and U.S. government databases. We cannot and do not guarantee approval.
