1. Nature of the service
esta-usa.online ("we", "us", "our") is a private, independent company that provides paid assistance for the preparation and submission of U.S. Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) applications. We are not the U.S. government and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, or any government agency. The official ESTA application is available directly, free of any service fee, at esta.cbp.dhs.gov. By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
Our service is intended for citizens of Visa Waiver Program (VWP) countries applying for an ESTA for tourism, business, or transit purposes. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services, or use them on behalf of a minor as their parent, guardian, or authorized representative. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information you submit through our platform.
3. Fees and payment
Our total price of $99.00 consists of the $40.27 mandatory U.S. government fee, which we remit to CBP on your behalf, and our $58.73 service fee for form assistance, validation, document handling, and submission. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change; the price shown at the time of your application is the price that applies. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary, amounts are generally refundable before your application is submitted to CBP and non-refundable afterward, except where a rejection results from an error on our part.
5. No guarantee of approval
We do not control, and cannot guarantee, the outcome of any ESTA application. Approval or denial decisions are made exclusively by CBP based on the information you provide and U.S. government records. Our service is limited to helping you complete an accurate application and submitting it on your behalf.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information; to keep your account and application details confidential; and not to use our service for any fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading purpose, including misrepresenting your identity, nationality, or travel history.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, esta-usa.online and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including denied travel authorization, missed travel, or lost income, except where such liability arises from our demonstrated error in preparing or submitting your application. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fee you paid to us.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of esta-usa.online or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without prior written permission.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
