We want you to feel confident using esta-usa.online. This policy explains exactly when our $58.73 service fee is refundable. Note that the $40.27 U.S. government fee is remitted to CBP once your application is submitted and is never refundable by us, regardless of outcome.

How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact our support team via the Contact page with your application reference number. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Why some fees are non-refundable
Once we submit your application to CBP, our service — guided form assistance, validation, document handling, and submission — has been fully performed, so the service fee is no longer refundable except where CBP rejects the application due to an error on our part. The government fee is paid directly to CBP upon submission and cannot be refunded by esta-usa.online under any circumstance once submitted.
